Donna works with individual private clients, and also as a counsellor for corporate companies and institutions. Over the years Donna has built a strong rapport with local companies and institutions and has worked for 5 years as an addictions counsellor. In addition to this, Donna has also undertaken various voluntary works at a women’s refuge, the Ted Webster Family Centre and The Arts Institute Bournemouth.
Donna comes from a background of hardship, anxiety, and depression which is her driving force to assist others in overcoming their difficulties, reducing their pain with the aim of leaving them to experience happiness and contentment.
She understands first hand that we all have times in our lives when we experience seemingly overwhelming difficulties like anxiety or struggling in a relationship and don’t understand why. At times like this it can be beneficial to enlist the help of a trained professional, who will listen and understand without judgement.
